Odyssey Systems is recruiting for a Logistics Manager, in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HBD) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.
This position directly supports the Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) of the Force Protection Division (HBU) within PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) and will provide direct logistics support to the acquisition of electronic (physical) security systems (ESS) for the Air Force. The C-sUAS program involves developing execution plans for responding to various CONUS and OCONUS urgent needs, and also participating in AF and DoD level working groups aimed at establishing an integrated DoD execution strategy for immediate and long-term C-sUAS capability.
This is a full-time role at Hanscom AFB, MA.
In this position you will provide support that will perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, sustainment or other designated program.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level Clearance
Education: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 3 years of which must be in the DoD OR,
Experience with Air Force Logistics and Air Force (or DoD) Acquisition Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 3 years of which must be in the DoD
Experience with Technical Order Management (TOMA) and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) documentation
Experience as an Equipment Specialist (ES)
