* Supports the commercial supply chain planning team through maintaining Systems such as Oracle, Rapid Response or similar and reporting tools

* Partners with the Data, Technology and Engineering organization on new system implementation and system enhancements

* Assists with report generation and system improvements

* Contributes to ensuring Supply Chain systems and processes remain GxP compliant as appropriate

* Sets up and maintains master data such as Resources, Routings, Sourcing rules, Item Master, Formulas and Recipes

* Sets up and maintains data and resources within Kinaxis Rapid Response

* Provides training and documentation on systems

• Assists with test script development and execution to support enhancement and regression testing requirements
• Proactively offer solution ideas and potential business process enhancements to drive efficiencies and improvements
• Document business processes related to systems functions and procedures

• Coordinate and conduct regression testing for OPM upgrades and security patches
• Troubleshoot data corruption issues when users encounter and resolve them
• Act as single point of contact for OPM users outside of SCP (Finance, Accounting, Production, Quality)
• Design testing and set up test data for OPM Financial updates and business expansions such as new orgs and or product line introductions.
