Position Summary

A Director of National Sales for Life Sciences needed for afull-time, remote staffopportunity withYoh.The Director will be responsible for driving growth by identifying areas of strategic opportunity and effectively executing our sales strategy within the Strategic Accounts line of business. The ideal candidate is someone who has a demonstrable track record of success selling large scale staffing to MSPs and Self-managed program sponsors.

The work you will be doing:
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales targets by developing sales plan to achieve targets. Perform lead generation activities with prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and sell Yoh services.
  • Deliver in-person and on-line presentations demonstrating the company's capabilities, credibility, and value proposition.
  • Develop, refine, and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to grow the customer base. Proven track record building relationships with MSP providers and self-managed program sponsors to sell large scale staffing engagements.
  • Partner with proposal team, gain closure on deals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Responsible for all aspects of sales process, monthly reporting on sales forecast, pipeline, and sales activity. Strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Cultivate a deep knowledge of workforce solutions/staffing industry, understanding the trends and activities affecting customers, and disseminating and utilizing this knowledge within the organization and with potential customers.
What you need to bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5+ years' outside sales experience
  • Experience with enterprise level account sales required
  • Experience selling into MSPs

  • Advanced presentation, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Strong Consultative Sales Background.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $95,360.00 - $143,040.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
