Nurse Practitioner-Occupational Health needed for contract work opportunity with Yoh's client located in the Framingham, MA

• Nurse Practitioner

• Clearance assessments for return to work
• Pre-placement and annual health assessments, with emphasis on potential infectious work exposures, immunocompetency, and health and safety impacts, Hazmat, DOT, and Pre--placement
• Deliver all medical surveillance and immunization programs
• Review and medically approve respirator clearances and refer to specialist as required
• Review and medically approve audiometric results and refer to specialist as required
• Develop and implement medical directives for medication, vaccination, and tuberculin skin testing administration
• Order and requisition lab work
• Provide Travel Consultations to employees
• Deliver on Disability Management Program goals
• Health and wellness counselling, wellness promotion initiatives and events, includes preparing and presenting on health topics.
• Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational illness and injuries

• Registered Nurse Practitioner licensed in MA
• Three (3+) years of practice in Nursing. Occupational Health Nursing / strong clinical background preferred

• Client will consider RN's with strong Emergency Medicine Experience
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding and working with a culturally diverse organization
• Strong computer skills
• Able to work confidentially and constructively with all levels of the company
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene and safety principles, ergonomics highly desirable
