What We Need:

We are looking for a driven individua with a desire to further develop their project management skills within our eCommerce Project Management Office (PMO). As an eCommerce Project Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our eCommerce initiatives by providing oversight, guidance, and execution of PMO functions.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in providing oversight, guidance, and execution of project management office (PMO) functions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Offer consultative support to our eCommerce team and business partners by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of artifacts, templates, guidance, and training materials to standardize and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of analytic tools to drive data-driven eCommerce decisions.
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes by regularly assessing performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align eCommerce initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on project management methodologies and tools.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in expanding skills and knowledge in eCommerce and project management.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks.
  • Previous experience in a consultative or advisory role.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, and SEO.
