Pay range for this position is $35.50 - $51.87/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Simulation Program Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring and advancing the effective creation, modification and execution of high-quality Jump education initiatives based on best practices in curriculum and instructional design. This position employs a high degree of judgment, independence, analysis inquiry and collaboration to effectively solve complex problems. Professional responsibilities include optimizing process, collaborate with educators in identifying learning needs, educational strategies, learning objectives, learner assessments and data collection plans to support measurement of programmatic impact and return on investment. This position requires building strong internal and external relationships, and maintaining a thorough and organized throughput process. This position manages and maintains the Jump Educational Program throughput process (inclusive of intake, modification, execution and analysis), related committees, and collaborates to support ongoing review and growth of the educational initiatives at Jump.
