The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Lead Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee and lead the Cased Hole Completions and Thru-Tubing Fishing Product Lines
- Responsible for Inventory and Revenue Forecasting for the CHC and TTF businesses
- Leads all major customer projects for this product line
- Drive HS&E Performance
- Proactive communication with customers, sales team, AMO, and leadership
- Managing Inventory Accurately and Proactively
- Completing Job Paperwork Accurately and Timely
- Compliance to Global Quality Policy and Procedures
- Help customers identify appropriate solutions to their needs
- Responsible to ensure adherence to all Baker Hughes Global Service Delivery Policies and Procedures

To be successful in this role you will:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years in customer service
- 3-5 years experience w/ completions and wellbore intervention services
- English language proficient
- Proficient w/ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Desired Characteristics:
- 2-4 year technical degree
