What we need...

An SR Application Specialist to serve as primary contact for post conversion clients or existing clients requiring assistance for a specific application or process. Coordinates action items related to transferring the financial institution from their previous service provider to the COCC system and methodology.

What you'll do...

  • Provides front line customer support, specialist in assigned sector of business
  • Point of escalation for all sectors of business for the client
  • Responds to client issues and requests for support and assistance
  • Answers customer inquiries regarding system use and procedures as well as reports regarding their use, balancing and interpretation
  • Research customer issues by reviewing system documentation, user manuals and industry periodicals/websites
  • Assists users with processing routine and complex transactions or issues
  • Collects information, troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions for issues
  • Logs all appropriate information and research efforts into call logging software
  • Submits special processing requests from customers. Follow up when completed to ensure accuracy of the completed job
  • Schedules input of all changes. Assure change management process is completed properly and validates accuracy of maintenance performed.
  • * Determines area responsible for advanced resolution of issue and assigns case; ensures the final resolution of the case and communicates to client

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum two years' banking experience, deposit operations (back office) and/or branch preferred
  • Advanced Deposits experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of financial services terminology and operational procedures
  • DNA and INSIGHT experience preferred
  • Active listening skills essential

Salary Range for the role is $66,300-$91,800 per year
